Since 2023, the Mor Annas community association has had 24 Easee chargers installed in its car park on Lidingö, connected to Chargespot. We spoke with Bengt Rafstedt, chair of the association, about their experience with us and why they chose to work with Chargespot.
What made you choose Chargespot as your charging service provider?
We chose Chargespot for two main reasons. First, we received strong recommendations from a company that installs chargers for communities and housing co-ops. Second, we had previous experience with a provider we were not happy with. We lacked the support we needed and had no personal contact with them. On top of that they spoke Danish or English, which made communication harder.
How has your experience with Chargespot been?
We are very satisfied with Chargespot, and two things I particularly want to highlight are the personal contact and the fast response we have had whenever we have had problems. It has been a big difference compared to our previous provider, and it is something we really appreciate.
Why would you recommend Chargespot to others?
For me it comes down to the same thing I mentioned earlier – the personal contact and that we always get fast help. It is hugely important that we as a customer do not disappear into a large organisation where we constantly meet new people. With Chargespot we have always felt seen and looked after, and there you really are outstanding!
