Megger & BRF Stenhällan
At Chargespot we are proud that our EV charging solutions are used by customers in both the business world and housing co-ops. We have had the pleasure of working with Monika Hjalmarsson, who is both responsible for the charging infrastructure at Megger AB in Danderyd and chair of the housing co-op Stenhällan. Here Monika shares her journey with us at Chargespot.
How did you find Chargespot?
At Megger we were looking for a new payment service for our charging stations and after searching online I came across Chargespot. Among all the providers, Chargespot stood out – the website was clear and easy to understand. I sent an enquiry and quickly got a reply with a quote that we approved. Later, when we needed a payment service for the chargers in the housing co-op where I am a board member, the choice was easy. Chargespot had already shown they were a reliable choice.
How has the start-up gone for you at Megger and in your housing co-op?
At Megger we initially ran into some technical challenges as we had a charger brand that Chargespot had not handled before. But the Chargespot team did not give up, and together we managed to get everything working. In the housing co-op Stenhällan the rollout of the payment service went very smoothly from the start. It has been an easy process for everyone involved.
What do you think is the best thing about working with Chargespot?
I really appreciate how quickly and attentively they always respond, no matter the issue. It feels like no customer is too small for them, and that means a lot. They also offer a competitive payment service that both we at Megger and the housing co-op have benefited from greatly.
